Our tendancy to conforming, following and fitting in are normal. But often can cause shame, guilt and anxiety in a typical person let alone a person who isn’t neurotypical.
Learn as much as you can about how your brain and your kids brain works! It’s fascinating and will give you freedom to create a household that thrives in bravery, acceptance and possibility.
Not all of these tips apply to us but try those that make sense for you. The sooner we get over generalizing the better.
